Ah no, I don't use MSN or any other kind of IM services

My first account didn't work when I tried to log (although the site said it was registered), I just made another and it worked.

The "cash shop" page is a bit buggy but it works with some patience, although so far the "premium service" doesn't work (NO GPS SUCKS!).

I know I shouldnt even do this...it would be best to figure it out on your own (it's not hard). But heres a lil guide or whatever.

1.) DL Cabal USA
2.) Don't let it patch from the official server
3.) install the x-cabal patch
4.) launch it.

OK...back to playing. It's really sick in there lol. 1 punch gets you a full bar of skill exp.

Pm me ingame...same name.

-edit- And I already had the lang packs installed from another game. I guess the other people are correct in that you need that installed. So go into your windows control panel, get that installed, and you can play.
