This is my guide to connect to the best private for cabal if you ask me.

Instructions on how to register!

You first register on the provided links, when done you go to MANAGE ACCOUNT and create CABAL account, and you're done . You can make up to three accounts.

***Max Level : 200***
***Extra : Guild Create Fee lowered to 5million***

What this means ? Free Premium Platinum FOR EVER to all players , this includes :
3rd/4th tabs of inventories
3rd tab of warehouse
GPS Warp
Skill EXP from T.Dummy
* Affects to all characters of the account

What about ItemMall ?
ItemMall will be launcher between the next week and will include
all the premium items (IE:Blessing Bead,Pets,Consumables,Fancy,Rental Items)

***Plus this, we will implement NPC shops a few days after the launch with some of the Premium items too***

How many channels will have ?

This has been updated more then 10 channels available now
At the beginning this will be our launch channels,
will be increased when the population grows.

We can use other client , what language and version will be ?
No, the only client that can be used in order to connect to our server
will be the one we are going to publish. The client will be full English
and Season2 with all the features.

When the client will be available for download ?
It is available

Can i play if im from outside America(s) ?
Of course, there will be no ip-ban, each players choose where he want to play
according to hes desires and latency.

If you are going to play this, you must have a shitload of patience. The number of bugs this server has is IMMENSE.

Dude this site rocks, a little laggy and hard to connect to a room sometimes but overall a great time. LOVE IT LOVE IT

if u r an admins...
make sure the server rates must be at least 100x
coz as u see,
now theres a few 500x rates available...

u dont like 10x? It makes more balance to the game, than 500x.
high rates can be considered as fun server, like "lvl some few days and get 170, then only pvp", or skill testing.

but i prefer orginal, because its free..

i see ppl who only want highrate servers as noobs or ppl who got nothing to do with their lives and go PvP a bit, i prefer lowrate, even tho some ppl say, go play official, 10x Exp is 9 mobs less to kill...

think abt tht stupid noobs/no life freaks

Funservers...? Private servers are supposed to be fun not grind all day for 1 item or 1 xp! :P

Noobs with no life? Lmao. So what do you call the people who grind with the same animation 24/7? Geniuses with 10 lives? Maybe you can't tell the difference between wanting to save time and play endgame content and no-lifers grinding 24/7 and buying cash shop items to become #1 on the server. In other words you're probably one of those no-life freaks.
This server fails already from the rates. What's the point of a private server if not to test endgame content and PvP? Why go through all the disconnections/lag for a server that's nearly the same as the official server? Only reason I can think of is for people who can't connect to other private servers.

Why dont you tell that to the dozens of Lineage 2 private servers that are 2x, 3x - 15x and are exactly like retail...... they will tell you to go **** yourself you stupid ******.

To the rates: Well, I agree to conan13. The rates are too low. So I prefer to play the real game then. At the end it´s totally useless to play on a PServer because it´s not the real game and I don´t spend hour for hour to lvl up on it.
