I can't find the User Agreement.
I have East Asian language...
I have RedCabal...
I have the patch...
I have the English patch but I didn't patch it yet...
And when I launch Cabal.exe, the page just says "Navigation to the webpage was canceled"
So I can't click off the User Agreement. =\

Any help?

Yesterday i tried reg it works just make sure ur ID is long enough but about the lagness its fine not really that laggy

I like to argue, Time to set some things straight.

1. The rates are 500x, I got to 79 in about 30 minutes and then went to ruins to hit 110 ish (Max I got there)

2. The reg page works, You're an idiot. Most likely you tried capital letters. Or maybe it's just working for me?

3. TONS of english players play this server. It'd say it's 60/40 chinese to english. It easy to get into an english guild too.

To all who says it lags... I live in Washington State, Usa. And I got 0 lag except for server 2.
