hey guys i put the patch in redcabal and it works but it's very very very lagy,it's like 1 minut lag 20 seconds go normal,and so everytime,somebody nows what to do with the lags? p.s:sorry for my english i am european

Well, this isnt your first time playing game right? Even in offical and other server, there's always ppl who likes to put up sky high price. I find it normal. And i've seen astral board for 1.5b-2b on this server. Prices of items is a kinda good imo. I made 3b on my 2nd day of playing.

It's chinese. And of course you can use english patch on it.
