lvl 100 is last rank up. which SUCKS ASSSSSSSSSSS cant stack buffs or have more than 5 buffs at a time... and buff duration blows... cant sin for 2.3minutes in art of defense.....

i think that the rank ups past 100 may need storyline done first. i have been attempting to do all the storyline quests the last couple days. ill let you guys know if it works out.

story line quests gives port lux map, undead ground premium warp fgr too
but i doubt about the class rank up quests...but maybye it will work out

Does he have Cabal 2.0 with all updates? I had 1.23 and was same problem.

he has to patch cabal client with cabal patches, links are in this thread also maybe installiing eastasian languages pacekt in control panel-->regional options may help
