Cabal PH(PlayPark) Red to Yellow Ping

Hello, I would like to ask you guys for a help, Since I've done every option i know and tips from google and I'm still having the Red to Yellow ping on my Cabal PH. Whenever i check its around 685+Ms (Red Ping) and 450+Ms(Yellow Ping) the best Ping I've got is only around 350+Ms and that's around 1 AM to 3 AM GMT+8 since I'm from PH. I'm from Las Piñas and my ISP is PLDT Home DsL with 8MBPS connection. Help me please

Im also having the same issue. But mine can achieve a ping of 30ms but it will go up to 400-600ms during my gameplay. We have the same ISP. Hope someone can help us
