Yes.
I founded the full server files EP2
The database is complete, website works without problems, and the computer for the server is ready. The rates will be the same like i said in the other post.
The closed beta will start in 3 days.
Rates for the Closed Beta:
Exp: 5000x
Skill exp: 5000x
Alz:5000x
Drop: 250x
Nothing more.

Everybody is able to take the close beta test .. Chars will be wiped anyway so high rate just for testing .... N since everything is ready, why it takes 3 days ? Lol I just can't wait anymore ...

Okay guys, Yokisagen told me to leave a message. He is done with the server, so now we just need to wait all the beta testers come in. The closed beta will start tomorrow. He just need to make the english launcher, finishing the english patch, and fixing the drop rate. Then you are ready to go!

well the beta testers get emails from cabal everytime when they have news Oo. Sometimes there is something interesting for "none" beta testers in it, like the email 2 days ago, I will just post in here ;).
