Try closing KokoroUI and load the hack again.

Does "Warp Hack" refer to the hack where the player is teleported to a specific location? If so, then I'm afraid its impossible because I'm only a level 7, and thus have no access to the specific location of the map.
As for the damage hack, I have no idea how to implement that one.
