again cabal.dll
my windows is in drive D and cabal is in drive D
error is #
C:\windows\SysWow64\cabal.dll the system can not find the patch specified

this is the problem  it only will inject dll if use C:\..
sorry, this is a simple mini trainer, it not check if use C:\ or D:\ driver my bad.. i will try fix it for you.
