ok here...

1. first the download the paradox patch


2. extract the Patch 4.20 in your cabal client and after extracting the Patch 4.20 copy the serverrage.exe (winrar) to a new folder you will need this one later.

3. extract the mp1.exe on your cabal client

4. now goto and download the hack.. and xtract it on your cabal client .

5. got the new folder that you created in step 2.. extract the serverrage.exe and copy the internal.txt inside the data folder....and replace the external from your cabal client data folder..

ok it works like zhalyn says,but u need to do it in the paradox folder u using to play(i mean dont install again cabal and put the patches and all things,just do it in the folder u allredy have of paradox)
u download the old hack and then extract it in the paradox folder,there will be 2 folders (in "paradox new hack") .open "paradoxserverrage" and extract it in there.ok,there will be : "data","start-cabal" and "read me",then u cut "start-cabal" and u past it on the paradox folder (replace the one u allredy have in the paradox folder)
thats it, worked for me like that
