All you have to do is change the next targeting hotkey in options to "z", and "f" pick up loot.
Currently the macro spams these buttons:
3- ATTACK
4- ATTACK
5- ATTACK
9- HP POTS

Consider these numbers as mentuned on top. Aswell you can change/add as you wish in it. Use what I gave you as a guide to make your desire bot. As a quick tip, its all about timing, skill cd, skill cast time etc. It's really easy to catch these out in less then 30 mins. As example: You can add more keys "9" for faster Hp pot, or reduce/increse the wait "[you desired seconds]" in order to reduce the wait time after using a skill etc.

Heres example of my macro:
