problem running your client when fuji is opened? there are two launchers in your e-games cabal folder. don't use the cabal.exe, rather use the cabalmain.exe.. then if it's still not running. try to fix the cabalmain.exe. my members always have that kind of problem. then for a shortcut fix, try sending a good running cabalmain.exe file through yah**mail..

try to ask the cafe owner nicely for the admin's password. there;s no other solution for that except for i've said.
2.0.0.1 is working properly on my win7 64bit. no bugs, no problems. try to put your UAC in lowest level. hope it helps
