the file title says "Fuji Trainer Ver. 1.9.0.8 (PH ONLY)"...and you're trying to run it in cabal EU... i'm sure that's the reason it's not working... i followed this thread everyday and i did'nt see any fuji trainer released for cabal eu or atleast compatible with it

if you back-read... you will see that it works sometimes... but in my experience... win7 64bit (it NEVER worked even once), in my winxp 32bit sp2, it works most of the times... many attested that it works in winxp sp3 and win7 32bit most of the times, i think someone said its working in win7 64bit but in my case i can't make it work (i did the DC-RECON trick many times, restarted my PC but still no luck)... somebody suggested that if its not working just close cabal and start over again... i did this(winxp), and sure enough, it solved my problem, just a bit troublesome, but on the bright side, you can finish DG faster so its worth the DC-RECON trick.

I don't get it, why are there so many win7 64bit asking why it doesn't work when it works perfectly for me. I guess im pretty lucky or they just didn't understand

Probably because you use with admnistrator rights and others don't... ^^ they probably just double click with the greed of getting into it...
