When i try to use it, it says i can use it only from 1:00 to 3:00 (I'M USING THE EUR VERSION SO IT SHOULD BE 17:00 - 19:00).

Nope, Cabalrider is more of a bot than a trainer.

Cabal Rider only work sword it not work Magic skills they not fix aoe problem

It works on 2 FA/WI skills (I think comp/trans).

They can't fix it because it's patched since EP8, they are searching for a work around.
