you need to verify your account when this is shown

account name, real name + kssn

if you have made your account on your own and not with sogameway than you can nearly forget it to get back ingame.

If its a sogameway account you just contact them and they help you out

This message can pop up when u enter 3 times wrong password for example

I think you can have more fun in c9 than in tera when you don´t understand any word korean because tera will have a big story with way more and hard understanding quests.
I doubt this game brings any fun without "understanding" anything, while c9 feels like you "understand" all they wanna from you

yea exactly, you can play both games from same account
reason is easy cause its both from same publisher which is hangame

try out tera and without english patch you will be helpless really fast because it will be way more complex than c9 is.
Also hf downloading 35 gb client ( if nothing changed to closed beta )
