I have some problems with framework 3.5 to install it on my windows 7.

Windows 7 has .Net Framework 3.5 installed by default, the bot should work without having to install anything.
But you might want to check "Windows update" to see if there are any updates available for it.

Edit: Furthermore, but just if you are still developing this bot, it would be great to ad the world Rho... and some kind of fleet-saving-function

Edit2: I tested it on the german servers, world Pi... it actually doesn't work... so if you're still working on this bot, please fix these problems...

No sorry stopped the development a long time ago. Only did release a small update afterwards to fix a few server problems.

Because this bot is from 2009 and I stopped the development a long time ago.
