use the billing in your iis
and check that test.asp works and give u your pc time
and in dbconnect.asp put your account db info
and in server.cfg in sr shardserver config write the link with port of the billing

and check that there's no firewall on hamachi connection
if u use some projects like antiarp or those tools wich protect from internet attacers (anti net cut)
