I Have been shadow banned longer than 2 weeks is this normal has anyone experienced it and if so how much longer than 2 weeks was it

Please help i was shadow banned on my account after perm ban i waited 10 days my account was playable again shadow ban lifted had 3 games no cheats and shadow banned again also i used a spoofer to play as well

I got permently banned from warzone but now when i make a new account they go straight into shadows ban and i’m using a spoofer can anyone help or know why this is happening
