Xigncode has nothing to do with bans. All the xigncode version does they use in bdo is detecting stuff and protection the client up to a certain level. Hack and bot detection is either bdo client internal and /or server sided.

Btw I don't think that harassment is the right way to tell them that u are not happy with their product
