I don’t usually make posts on Elitepvpers anymore, but I believe this should be posted.
Recently, I purchased the spoofer from their official website after reviewing the information provided there. Based on theq ninformation on the website, he spoofer works both permanent and temporary.
Everything went smoothly. After paying for it, I got the tool and also the instructions/guide.
I followed the instructions and did what it asked for.
- My windows version was supported (it was supported, win10 22h2)
- I Installed all the required dependencies (DirectX files, Visual C++ Redistributables.)
- I Disabled Windows Security.
I finally ran the spoofer and attempted a permanent spoof.
unfortunately, it did not work. Keep in mind I tried it many times to see if it will work or not (it did not). I did a pc reset again to see maybe perhaps it was a bug or a misunderstanding. So, I reset the pc completely, redid the steps, and still, the permanent woofer did not work.
I opened a support ticket, and after a few hours, I finally got a response by them. I was told that “permanent disks are not spoofable,” the person claimed this was stated on their website, however, this was not stated on their website at all. (Please correct me if I am wrong, thank you). I have a recording of me scrolling through the website in case they update their information. When I bought yesterday, it did not state that anywhere.
They also asked which motherboard I have which is quite odd because their FAQ specifically says all motherboards are supported. Why would you ask which mobo I have when your woofer supports all mobos?
I also got told that apparently, using both mac and permanent woofing option may cause issues. I actually used both the perm and mac, and them separately. I tested it in both scenarios.
So now I’m waiting for a response to see what can be done. I paid €44 for a product that was advertised as working but turned out to be non-functional and misleadingly described. I hope this can be resolved by tomorrow or within the next 72 hours, otherwise I would need to ask for a refund.

Got an error when using /refund (Their refund command)

Once this issue is resolved, either through a refund, I’ll update this post with the outcome. I'm only posting because the support have been pretty slow with their responses, which is expected as seen in some other threads criticizing avm's support.
Edit: As of 10th of november 2025, I still have not got a response from them. They made an announcement that the issue will get fixed, but still, nothing. I'll let them have the benefit of the doubt and give them 72 hours to see if thst would be enough time to issue the refund.
Edit (2): 12th of November 20:12 GMT - Additional proof of purchase
