We’ve confirmed no detection flags were raised, only around 17% of users were affected due to telemetry traces from Javelin’s system, not from our software.

We’re patching those traces now and running extended checks before re-release to stay 100% safe. Warranty will only cover clean PCs (no previous bans). No one loses sub time, compensation will be given after relaunch.

Please note that after re-release, warranty safety will apply only to users running on clean systems (never HWID-banned or previously flagged) due to how aggressive Javelin’s telemetry is in tracking historical traces.

Your patience means everything, and as always, no one will lose subscription time during this downtime. Compensation and extensions will be applied automatically once the re-release is live.

I’ve been unable to use the product since the day after I purchased it. I waited over two weeks for ELOCarry to complete internal testing and deliver a “safe” version after multiple users were banned upon the release of their full build. When I finally requested a refund today, which I paid via PayPal balance, they chose to refund me through an eCheck instead of a direct PayPal refund; delaying the process by another 1–2 weeks. PayPal support confirmed the delay was entirely due to the merchant choosing to refund directly from their bank account.

The entire experience has been slow, unprofessional, and disappointing. I was assured the product was stable and secure when I bought it, yet lost access almost immediately and then waited over ten days with no solution. Now, I’m left waiting again just to get my $111 back.

Overall, this was a bad experience and I would not recommend.

Just to clarify: we don’t manually choose the refund method or send payments through a separate system. Refunds are issued directly through the same PayPal dashboard that handles all incoming payments. The eCheck method you mentioned isn’t something we manually select, PayPal automatically determines the payout route depending on the balance source and account type at the time of processing.

Once we click “Refund” in the PayPal dashboard, everything from that point is handled on PayPal’s side. Unfortunately, that includes whether the transaction goes through as an instant refund or as an eCheck.

I can confirm your refund is fully processed on our end, and it will clear automatically once PayPal finalizes it (usually within the date they provided).
