If you have not reach in with official before, let me tell you what you need and what you will get through official.

You need 200K USD + 90K USD deposit to rent its license for a publishing rights on a specific country, limiting your service to that specific country while adhering to their strict contract and legal agreement, for which you will not get to see or get your hand on the files. Everything from hosting to server content release will be develop inhouse and schedule by them in discretion. All you'd be doing is marketing and public relations as their partner and get paid monthly by revenue. Additionally, it will be a 3-months probation period and it will be their call and decision to shutdown and terminate the contract without the need of your approval as stated in agreement, for whenever they feel server underperform on revenue which their minimum upkeep requirement is 200K USD monthly. You will get back only your deposit after contract termination for this attempt. You do not get files and they do not sell files until you have 3 millions USD to spare.

If you truly think what you have is huge, then reach in with official to get what you need :P

What does purchasing a license and official localization have to do with it? You think I don't know how it works? And yes, this has nothing to do with the topic of discussion, in fact, in all contacts with you, you have never been able to show/prove the presence of the files you are selling.
