Chinese customised boi odin files updated with pets, items etc for localhost play in chinese, can change the localisation, config and setup to be use for running private server as well.
A simple search with keyword 神鬼传奇单机 on your search engine, you can find plenty BOI complete files, either clean or custom updated with some official pets and items but most of them are probably in chinese too. All boi files have not been encrypted, basically you are getting the files needed to run a private server.
Provided you have item/slk dat tools(client), you can unpack those .dat in client and translate them to english if you are not too lazy to do it. This tool is needed for customised changes like adding items, pets.
