I heard its a Windows Firewall issue from another user adding it to allow list makes it work again i'll look into it

I don't have firewall.

But i think my ISP might accidentally blocking/throttling the speed of some websites, because i recently get a very slow speed when downloading files from github (only gets 3KB/s), they used to block/throttle Cloudflare in the past, i guess they did something again

Try using VPN. your ISP might be blocking the bot server, like what happened to me

Me too. Most aoes r two turns cd so bot is programmed to pass second turn
