is the ring and neck manual still obtainable from the premium boxes? which one have a higher rate of getting it more, sp1 or sp2?

sp2 of course, cuz its more expensive. 177 WC(p) 1 Sp2 ; 59 WC(p) 1 Sp1

I ask cause i got the scroll that ups the level 4 Prayer stone to level 5 from SP1 bought with Wp, and it is bound.
