True, Although I believe it may be more then four times considering his last attempt.
Opened Archlord server - Closed Archlord server - Opened another games server - Closed within 3 hours - Opened another Archlord server - Closed within a day.

Tells members his sick so he needs to leave the country, Decides to tell staff otherwise. His track record with running servers is obviously to bad to be taken seriously any more.
