If people see you abusing the wagon/hauler or you don't do what is noted in derp full then of course, else wise - no.
I don't have a use for BTC and derp lite works fine but I'd suggest telling me why it doesn't work, what your using platform wise, and what you've tried - then I can troubleshoot for you.

Weather was absolutely terrible here, no power for the past 24hrs and massive flooding but right back into everything we go
AA seems to be picking up in regards to people wanting the mod/derp and the biggest question from PM's is "will it work on 3.0" and if people haven't seen me using derp in AA 3.0 on KR then I'd suggest looking an that being your answer
So long as XL uses cryengine, it won't be a problem updating anything absolutely at all and if anyone has seen even them using gameguard didn't mean **** all.

Where you speed hacking or going directly from chest-to-chest?
If you were banned on one account then tried to do it soon after without a different ip then you should know better that they do still monitor things like that to see if your going to do it else wise.
Derp doesn't have anything to do with the chests, btw & alot more then just 1 person uses this an none else have an issue.
