Yeah, you can do that, but the main risk is that after bans you are being tracked because you did not use spoof + clean, which means that you are already be treated as a repeat offender.
That does not mean an instant ban on a new account. It means that if you use Aimbot aggressively, or use other features that clearly affect your stats, then Anybrain can ban you more confidently since it already knows you are a repeat offender.

Probably not.
It is more like a flag for them that this user is more likely to be suspicious.
However, if you get mass reported in every game because you keep surprising camping players by abusing ESP, that is a whole different story, especially if they start evaluating your in game actions with any system.
The odds are not on your side in any case until you get a clean identity.

yes, the problem fixed was made as soon as i noticed, released along with the update that the game had done on the same day, that's why the status still remains as ud
