No, I'm afraid not. You can temporarily disable your anti-virus and then enable it again once you're finished cheating. The way cheating software is packed and protected is flagged by anti-viruses as suspicious because the contents aren't able to be analyzed properly and it's done that way to make tampering with the software much more difficult.

Thanks for being upfront. Do I need to do anything else besides turning off Defender and my antivirus? Some cheat providers make you mess with a bunch of stuff, even suggesting you reset the BIOS.

There's a few steps you need to do, but nothing invasive or complicated. I don't think I've ever asked anybody to reset their BIOS. The main part is making sure the anti-virus stuff is off while you load and use the cheat.
