This issue has been fixed hours ago, a 24 hour down-time compensation (it wasn't down for that long) has been pushed globally to all users whether you have experienced this or not.

PS: The correct way to contact our staff is by creating tickets. This is the fastest way to get help right away. Almost all staff work part-time so they may be sleeping, eating and so on when you DM them personally. Tickets however, can be responded to by any staff available and allows us to track and pin down these problems easier.
