You can't compare CS:GO with APEX. It's an EAC game, every provider gets hit sooner or later. Completely different than VAC.
Proofcore is a trusted provider, I think everyone understands that you are just one unhappy out of many happy customers. We are very sorry for the website issues but the demand was just overwhelming and we weren't expecting to get DDOSd in our first week.

csgo was one example. I am comparing service not anti cheats. Either way this is about a paying customer not receiving what they paid for, and the provider not willing to refund. Period. If you were a 'trusted' provider with 'many happy' customers (which is untrue, the discord was mess before it was taken down) then what's the harm in refunding $25 USD to someone who clearly did not receive the product they paid for. Wouldn't it make sense to refund someone until your service becomes usable or stable, or are you that insecure about your service that you have to hold onto the $25 USD knowing your rep is becoming shittier by the day, or worse that your apex cheat may never work as intended. You couldn't even keep a website safe from ddos.

You paid for a cheat, you received a cheat. The cheat worked for you as you told me, otherwise I would have helped you via teamviewer or discord.
Our discord was not taken down by us, it was deleted by discord since someone reported it. Read discords TOS if you don't believe me.

I don't understand how its "not receiving what you paid for"

site was under DDoS and shut down (which is up right now); and you didn't join the discord to get information. that was your choice. it's not like we didn't give you cheats on purpose..are you okay?

I don't give a **** if you 'accidentally could not give me cheats' bottom line is I paid for them Feb 10th and still cannot use them. period. Site is still down, so you are clearly full of ****. If anyone buys your service I can absolutely assure them they will be disappointed. Steer clear from these scammers. Charge back is in process.

you expect me to use a time machine to go past in time to and kill people who ddosed the site in real life or what? you're obviously trolling at this point. There are cases that we might actually refund. You're not even coming to us for help and start talking ****. You thought this is CS:GO? where anyone can download a cheat source from ************* and sell it to you with another name? Looks like even application system didn't get rid of toxic people. I guess time its the time to go back.

If you need a little recommendation; don't cheat in games if you don't know how they work. you aren't buying food from McDonald's.

Downtime is normal and especially in a completely new game like APEX with such a strong anticheat like EAC this was expectable. You haven't lost anything, we always compensate downtime and usually give customers extra days too.

This has nothing to do with detections, sure your **** cheat got detected after I tried to use it one time on Feb 10th. The point was your loader, website and everything to do with the cheat was down from the 10th to Today. I wasn't even getting responses on discord for support until I reviewed your **** cheat in this thread.
