Dinar Bot Help please?

Well i downloaded [NoMenu]_SiroSix's_Dinar_Bot_V1.9
From Sirosix but it wont pop up
when i click the dinar bot it just wont pop up
Please help me with this!

(i can not speak german so PLEASE ENGLISH

Do you have an 32 Bit system? Dinarbots dont work on 32 Bit systems ;)

Hmm i have 64 bit windows 7 hp
