Windows 7 Pc / pc hängt sich nach afk sein auf ?!

Hey,
habe ein Problem.

Ich habe windows 7 home premium und immer wenn ich mal 20-30 min am pc nichts mache hängt sich alles auf,die maus lässt sich nur manchmal noch bewegen und dann ist der komplette pc aufgehängt und ich muss ihn neustarten... woran kann das liegen?..hab keinen schwachen pc eig.


Desweiteren hab ich noch ne Frage,mein Monitor wird immer schwarz und geht in den standby modus nach 20-30 min,kann man das irgendwie ändern?..finde nichts (nein er macht keinen bildschirmschoner,der bildschirm selbst wird schwarz).
