Artisan Wind Hexing

Wondering about the hex on this and how to change the chance of quality upgrading....any help would be appreciated considering i dont know anything about how artisan wind works with hex

co still using binaries and there, you have a table where are stored all the chances of socketing or upgrading. you cannot hexedit this to change or view the chances

has to be some way of changing the chance of a db upgrading the quality though

neiter way dude trust me if i wouldn't know i wouldnt post here...trust me...there`s no way to change that
