new vigor

this is a sort of ...strange vigor ^^ just something i did on accident :P tell me wat u think lol ( looks alot better ingame)

All you have to do is save the image to
.../Program Files/Conquer 2.0/c3/effect/2ndMetempsychosis

that apened once to me too :P
i dont like it much, but, good work, if u dont want that white effect safe the dds as explicit area.

lol yeah just thought some1 mite like something diffrent :p editing a 130 blade rite now just my fog is messed up and no help yet >.< lol
