ill teach something you should know.
there is a way to fasten your internet speed.
go to Start->Run->type "gpedit.msc" ->Click administritve templates->Click Network
then click -> Qos Packet scheduler then click "Limit Reservable Bandwidth"
change it to 0% click apply then ok. its more faster :3.
there's another thing to.
Open Notepad and paste this "mystring=(80000000)"
save as vbe. example is "ram.vbe"..
secondly which makes your Grand Chase lag is. your PC.
you need to pick one. beautify your pc or Speed up your PC.
if you want to speed up you need to lessen the graphics of your Pc.
How? Ill answer that, Go to start->Right Click my computer->click on properties->
then click on advance->Click the settings under performance then click the 3rd one
which gives you better performance. don't be afraid to add a restore point.
its like saving a game and continue it.

then it will open the Group Policy.......

TCP optimizer are made for Internet speed. but all i can see is a lie.
i tried it 2 times. nothing even happens, even though it came from speedtest.
