[HELP]How to change a websites title?

Hello there.
I got this question about how to change my FORUM's title

I'm using a phpbb forum.
i've been messing around inside the template abit but i didn't find the correct file.
If you got any idea, or know how to change this please tell me!

If this "Title" got a name, please tell me that aswell.

Right Klick on your .html and Click Edit.

Now Search this line <title>Name of Homepage</title>

When theres nothing like that add this line and edit the name :)

Seen through all the .html files, but no one of them include
If any of you got a forum template downloaded on their computer, please give me an exact localitation.
Example:
C:/Bla/Bla/template/xxxxx.html/

if its a phpbb board, go to the administrator panel und look in "general"
