Editing Shaiya textures

Anyone know how to do this? I've been looking to create a few (private!) texture mods for my characters, but the textures are all invisible!

You edit the .dds files located in your client using photoshop with the nvidia plug-in located here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
