hello, how do I make a server on windows server 2003 64bit

the same way as on any other windows server version :)

dekaron is 32bit anyway so aside from the memorylimit there is no real reason to go x64

EVERYTHING runs on 64 bit, because it can run all 32bit can and more.

64bit runs: 86x, 64x.
32bit runs: 86x only.

So making a server on 64bit is exactly the same as on 32bit.
