:confused: Okay so ive tried making a KTS account several times now , i have a KSSN that works just fine but one im all done with registration "etc etc" i get some sort of error "aka i cant read it cuz im not Korean" but all i can tell is that the number "15" is within the error .. now i know this dosent make sense but i guess what im asking is number 1 , could someone PLEASE make me a KTS account or number 2 what dose this error mean? ive now tried 3 times with the same error sooo. any help? :confused:
