A way to edit map files?

I was wondering if there was a way to edit the map files?
as in, make new maps and everything like that.

Afaik not possible.
That requires a .dmap file for the map, and its not possible to make one.

Unknownone released an app that might just help you.. I'll see if I could find it..

Heads up, the project has been passed on to some other developer(s).. So this isn't the latest version.. However it works.

However you could open the map files I currently uploaded and open them in gimp. You'll need a dds plugin but that's nothing Google can't solve.
