To be honest when people always say its 4/10 chance (or what ever) and it's then argued with, "No it's luck".. I wanna say what the F**K!

When you say it will happen when you are lucky, that is when the chance that it will happen actually happens!
Lets say for example:
"The chance of these dropping a met is 1/150"
"No it's luck"
^ EXACTLY U DUMB ASS
Luck is an opinion not a f**king state. The chance that kill will be the *1* is the luck, chance is classed as luck, if i get a met, im the 1/150 people to kill one slow ape and get a met, you can't say "Its got nothing to do with being random it's just luck", BECAUSE IF YOU GET A RANDOM DROP IT IS LUCK.
Since you have got me started on random ill kindly (maybe not) finish it!
I keep seeing, conquer is not random, blah blah blah... you can't say that, I can obviously see that you havent see any pr ograming language in your life.
Here's random:
(Not any specific coding language)
chance = random(1,100)
if chance = 1 then drop "meteor"
replace the meteor for super or whateva.
Ok pretty basic, now people are saying theres lots of calculations for who gets what, not lets remember drops are not biased, or unfair, they are the opposite. So are TQ gona put that simple code that lets anyone get the drop, or this:
If player has 345 kills and 5 arrows left, is wearing leopard hat with +1 drop DragonBall.
Now thinking that anyone cud get a drop, TQ are no way in hell gonna make a code for every person, every type of character, EVERY combination of armour just for drops, when a 2 line code cud be done for every item. Think about what you are saying!!!
