Hi i want make a 2 Server how i make this ?

Ok new Question about second Server run.

I know i must change this on Serversite:

And must i make other changend on Clientsite iniīs ?

And when a normaly User make a Char he have with 1 lvl 12000 PVP Kills how can i change this, for normaly Users (thats dont have). Itīs fixed now
