Problem with Aion :(

I downloaded North American client
instaled it update-ed it
and everything
He start up
showing all
But when he need to show the log in windows
my aion just desepair :(
but my xfire showing thet im playing it :(

How can i fix thet

mi guess is that its prolly ur firewall or antivirus software. turn both off and if it starts then u should be good to go o_O
