There are no emulators, you need a genuine nintendo switch with CFW

getting switch cheats is insanely hard and if you can manage to find the right person, you will be paying a lot of money

Depends from cheat to cheat, i know most of the providers charge an one time fee for setup. Before it was only japanese switches with very old firmware, but i dont think its like that anymore

They can still manually ban your console from online play if you are obvious enough though
