How do these Rust Account provider get accounts for so cheap?

You mean like instead of 40$, for 10-15$? They buy them in bulk when there is a sale with steam gift cards and so on. Before, those accounts were purchased through cheap countries like argentina etc.

If you mean the accounts that just cost 2, 3 or 4$. Those are cracked/stolen accounts and not allowed for sale on elitepvpers.
