Can i make items bigger on ground?

I am playing on private server the items are really small and there are lots of not usefull items that drop can i make the items i want to take bigger than others and how?

I'm not a client modder, so someone can correct me if I'm wrong... but I'm pretty sure you just make the icons for it in MapItemIcon bigger?
