This post is like complicated. It needs to test all cheese. In general, the choice of the cheese is based on your gameplay. (legit, raging, ...) and some cheese have more features than other because they're internal or external or they just developed the cheese for a specific type of gameplay. I think the list is very long and not suitable for providing a correct answer. This is just my opinion.
