Why are prices so different for the same cheeses?

All cheats for Valorant seem to be pixel Bots.. so why are some like Skyrant $50 a month, with good reviews and shit

and then you got some dudes charging $300-400 for what looks like the same stuff.

There is a lot of work and research going into bypassing an AC. Depending how this work is done, or if at all, the price will be affected. Higher price does not always mean higher quality. Still have to do your own due diligence about buying anything from anywhere anyways. Not only for this kind of product.
Also, some businesses prefer to make money in volume, some prefer to have less volume but charge higher per customer. The latter provides another protection layer as the software in this case is less used meaning that signature and pattern detection is less likely to happen.

You could also just say you don't know and let others answer who are informed on the topic.

Because they are resellers and want to earn their share of it. But such 50 to 400$ raise is just a scam for noobies.

Some are slotted which acquire a specific number for weekly / monthly / lifetime subscription, that what makes it more expensive that public ones. but it's totally worth.

some of them are public, anyone can buy, some are more private/slotted
and then you have reseller making their markup as well
