i log in then i go to sidt server then it said timed out i log in on my other account then it allow's to go on a server.

If you will be banned on GCPH, you can't enter and there will be a message saying..
"your account was blocked from the game. please submit your inquitry into support.levelupgames.ph"

You're not banned, I think you're internet is slow.

i have that problem sometime but i think it your account not banned XD i think your internet server slow. Retry again see it work. It work me XD

i have already tried in 3 pc it wont connect other username can connect

thats slow internet i always experience it at home xD

and also i tried it on my other pc it's still same

There might be some problems connecting to the log-in server that Leve Up. might not known..

I didn't completed my attendance for now because of the connection problem thingy...

worst-case scenario: ur account was suspended. try logging in from a net shop.

i experienced the same problem as you are now lol, some possible reasons:
1, your account has tons of items on your inventory and your video card cant support the game, as well as the internet connection
2, maybe you're using PLDT lol , PLDT's connection is a bit quite slow these past few days

Sometimes you spam the button it will come out the connection is timed out, but out of sudden it will come out the account has been blocked.

im am using pldt its already day 2 of this thing happen.

answer:your internet service provider (isp)
had given you slow port try to restart your modem
